Noon SHARP – Depart from Woodland Baptist Church
Excellent box lunch, drink, and snacks provided onboard

Children’s Choirs: Weekly rehearsals Wednesdays at 6pm

Celebration Singers (Youth Choir): Weekly rehearsals Sundays at 4:30pm

Sanctuary Choir: Wednesdays at 7pm

Handbell Choir: Sundays at 3:30pm

Instrumental Ensemble TBA

Terri Kirn posted this statement recently on Facebook: “[We] just celebrated the first night of advent with my family. "Candles" is the one tradition our family has established and maintained for many years, and it is by far the most meaningful 20 minutes per evening we could possibly spend.”

She was asked to explain the tradition:

Do you ever feel like serving God is for someone else because you are not on the “A Team”. You don’t feel smart enough, good enough, or _________ (fill in your own) enough. “I can pray for those that do serve God.” “I will leave it to the Christian super-stars.”
