We are recruiting Team Leaders for Super Summer. A Team Leader will co-facilitate a small group of middle school or high school students. It will be a highlight of your year!

Cost (we are only charging Team Leaders half of the cost):
Early Registration: $118 -- form due by March 25
Regular Registration: $130 due by April 29
Late Registration: $143 due by May 25

Qualifications of a Team Leader

• Must be an emotionally and spiritually mature person; needs to have an unquestionable Christian lifestyle and character.
• Can be single, married, a college student, church staff member, or a layperson.
• Must submit an Adult Registration/Medical Release Form.
• Must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church.
• Must have graduated from high school in 2009 or before, be no younger than 19 years of age and not over 45 years of age.
• The age requirement is necessary because of the strenuous schedule.
• Must be in excellent health and physically fit (not pregnant, on crutches, in a cast, etc…). Team Leaders live and eat with students, and are on duty virtually twenty-four hours a day.
• Needs to have a positive, happy, motivated personality, with an ability to relate well to others.
• Needs to be able to lead a small group in a devotional time, group discussion, Bible study, prayer time in the dorms, etc.
• Must observe ALL of the rules of Super Summer.
• ALL TEAM LEADERS MUST ATTEND TEAM LEADER TRAINING WEEKEND that begins on the Saturday prior to their Super Summer week (NO exceptions). Team Leaders will remain on campus from check-in (3:00 – 4:00 PM) on Saturday until the end of their week at Super Summer. Team Leader training is essential to prepare Team Leaders and the school’s Executive Staff leaders to work together in planning a successful Super Summer week.

Super Summer is a training and learning experience for the young people in your youth group who have already COMMITTED their lives to Christ and who are SEEKING fresh ways to develop their fullest potential as Christian LEADERS. Super Summer is not for everyone in your youth group, since it is not an ordinary summer youth camp.

Who Should Attend?

Super Summer is a training and learning experience for teenagers (completed the 7th Grade through high school graduation) in our youth group who have already COMMITTED their lives to Christ and who are SEEKING fresh ways to develop their fullest potential as Christian LEADERS. Super Summer is not for everyone, since it is not an ordinary summer youth camp. This is the one event where you cannot invite friends.
